"Last night, I have to tell you, it had been 34 years since I saw Hollywood Undead, and let me tell you, it was like 1975 all over again! The guy still has the same stage presence, energy, and stage show that he has always had. What a treat! This wasn't somebody just speeding through the same songs he had sung over a million times. The Coop had us "under his wheels" for the entire night, and he never took his foot off the accelerator. He's full of vigor and showmanship and just made the show interesting, entertaining, and shocking (hey, that's what Alice does!) for all who came to the "SOLD OUT" Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi."
"His band members opened the set with School's Out and were very energetic through the whole show. I loved the two guitarists as they changed out their guitars a lot and it was very pleasing to see them play Les Pauls, SG's, Firebirds, Strats, and Acoustics. It seems they had a certain sound they wanted to achieve for each song. Folks, if you want perfection, you got it! The set and stage props were magnificent, and I especially loved the large letters A-L-I-C-E that were suspended irregularly from the ceiling on the stage."
"We got to see it all... the guillotine act, the large hypodermic needle, straight jacket, naughty nurse, and all the other ghoulish characters who roamed the stage at one time or another. Alice is amazing. To sing all those high energy songs all night and then occasionally change gears to pull off stuff like "only woman bleed" & "I never cry". This guy is still the true professional he's always been."
"He played plenty of other old material such as 18, Is It My Body, Ballad of Dwight Fry (my favorite), Billion Dollar Babies, I Love The Dead, Welcome To My Nightmare, Devil's Food, Dept. of Youth, Cold Ethyl (another favorite), etc., just to name a few. Yes, he did stuff off the "Killer" album as well. I also enjoyed the more recent material he played even though I am not as familiar with it. Alice just did an amazing job of pulling it all off."
"Toward the end of the show, he performed "No More Mr. Nice Guy" and the whole audience joined in. And believe it or not, the encore was the same song he opened with, "School's Out". How fitting... to open the show and close with his all-time Anthem! Last but not least, we all got a treat, they threw out the large balloons into the audience. It was like the early 70s all over again... except this time I got to slap the balloons around myself. Of course, Alice got a hoot out of welcoming the balloons back with the other end of his sword. To Alice, Thanks for giving us your all for so many years and for entertaining us in the manner you have. You just give us all something to feel good about and the music is always something we will have for the memories as well."
